At Jane Cross Counselling I offer my services across London, the UK and internationally via telephone and online. Please feel assured that these sessions are confidential, and all necessary actions have been put in place to ensure the security of your personal data. Information collected is GDPR compliant and I have ICO protection. This includes Gmail, Microsoft 365, WhatsApp and BACS payments. A full policy will be sent to you at the time of booking. All information stored on the cloud, my Gmail account or in my devices must be accessed via my password.
